We had fun meeting Santa and Mrs. Claus, making a Christmas craft and having Grinch snacks at our dentist office. It is so fun all of the activities they due for the kids here to make them enjoy coming to the dentist.

{Tacky Sweater Party}
It was so fun to get a babysitter and spend a few hours with friends even if it meant I had to wear this terrible sweater.
How is it even possible that someone thought these sweaters were a good idea?! Who designed these? Who actually bought these and thought they were cute?!

{Christmas Tree Decorating}
To some it running out of lights half way up the tree that might be a sign that your tree is too BIG.... NOT to us. I love having high ceilings that allow for us to have a 10 foot christmas tree. This year for some odd reason every strand of lights I touched managed to stop working. Needless to say I had a lot of fighting words towards the 1600 lights it took to light up this tree.
Ryker is just like me and LOVES to help me decorate the tree and his favorite ornaments to hang are the high ones so he gets to use the latter. Ollie Max also loves to try and climb the latter. Almost every time I would go up it he would start climbing it also. I am so thankful he did not fall off of it. That wild child sure keeps me busy. It is so hard to keep up with him and keep him safe.
Finished product.
I love how it turned out and I enjoyed spending the month watching Christmas movies snuggled up in front of it all month even if my AC was running instead of my fire place. Only in Alabama do you run your AC on Christmas instead of your heater. I will be sad to take down Christmas. Its all so pretty but I will not be sad to not have it everywhere for Ollie to pull down. He really did well until this past week and now he is pulling it down faster than I can put it back up. Needless to say I have given up and now there is a pile under the tree all ready to be boxed back up. I suppose this is just his way of telling me its time to take it all down.
I hope y'all had a very Merry Christmas and got to enjoy the true meaning of our Saviors birth.

{Ice Skating :: Gatlinburg Christmas Vacation}
Ryker took learn to play hockey this December and did awesome. He has learned so much and is doing so well with his skating. He was dying for mama and daddy to go skating with him. It was so fun to jump into my skates. It has been 2 years since I have touched the ice. I never would have thought I would stop skating but sometimes life happens. It defiantly made me miss playing hockey for sure. Maybe someday we will live close enough to a rink with a women team and I can play again.
These two itty bitties made it around one lap and tears were involved. Needless to say they had more fun wandering around the rink instead of skating. It was a bummer that they would not let us take the stroller out on the ice. I guess I was just spoiled with our rink. They had the craziest rules here and they meant business. They had a room with like 6 cameras of the tiny rink and any time anyone broke a rule they got on the PA system and told them them to stop. It was CRAZY!
Grayson loves to hold Ollie Max's hand and it is too sweet. I hope they let me dress them to match until they are at least 12. hahah I know I know. Not going to happen but a mama can dream.
Fact :: Girls make the BEST ice!
Fact :: I am an ice snob!
Fact :: It took every ounce of self control to not stop the guy after he got off the zamboni and give him some pointers on how to make better ice. This rink was half the size of our rink and it took him 30 mins to resurface/dry and it was still wet when we got on and not that great of ice. I guess this is what happens when you grow up in a rink.

{Christmas Jammies Photo Shoot}
These sweet boys in these sweet jimmies. How could I not do a mini photo shoot?! Can you tell we really enjoyed Christmas at our house this year?!
And of course 3 boys on a bed turns into a WWF match.
Silly guys pretending to be asleep.
One reason I love doing my blog is I get to look at my sweet angles photos more often then when I am not blogging. Confession I still have not looked through all of last years Christmas photos. Sad I know. Thats just how crazy its been. But I might do an occasional FBF to catch up on some of what we were up to last year and let you see Ollie Max grow.

{Christmas Tree Farm :: 2015}
Since moving to the country we now get to go cut down our Christmas tree from the farm. A family tradition that we started last year. Thankfully this year it was not raining when we went. This place is so beautiful and the owners of Mountain Hight Christmas Tree Farm are so sweet. This is best place to get a fresh tree in the area. We got a 10 foot beauty for only $50. Steal of a deal if you ask me.
Next year we are going to have to come up here in Christmas jimmies and do a photo shoot.
hahaha
This is me saying "Grayson put your arm around Ryker" he will get it one day.
Daddy cutting down our tree.
Ryker was the one who picked out our perfect tree this year. The guy told Brady that this was the straightest cut on a tree that he has seen. Way to go Brady!
Ryker was such a big helper being the saw carrier. He felt like such a big boy.
Brady got quite the workout dragging this bad boy back to the truck.

{Christmas Vacation :: Pigeon Forge ::Adventures }
Wonder Works
The upside down children's museum was as much fun for mom and dad as it was for the littles. We got to do a earthquake simulator, tornado simulator, feel how cold the water was the night the Titanic sunk {I only lasted 7 seconds in the water and Brady went 30 seconds and his hand was numb}, mom and dad got to ride 360 bicycles, and Ryker and mom got to do the 50 foot glow in the dark ropes course. Ryker was so brave and did the whole thing and there was a field trip of 11 year olds there and none of them even did it. They all turned around and got back down. It looks like Ryker might have my love of adventure and heights.
Ollie Max lit up just like the light board.
WOOOOOW!!!
Oh just your usual dance stomping to kill the aliens to save the world.
This tunnel was so trippy. The boys wanted to walk through it again and again. It made me so dizzy.
You can't come to Pigeon Forge and not go mini golfing. There was at least a dozen courses in town. The boys had a blast doing a glow in the dark alien course. Ryker, Grayson and I even managed to get a hole in one. Too bad the only real golfer didn't .... but Brady still managed to win without one.
